The schedule of Regular Meetings of Council for 2024 as approved by Council at its December 12, 2023 meeting is published below.
If you wish to make a presentation to Council, you must first be placed on the agenda by contacting the Clerk either in person at the Calvin municipal office located at 1355 Peddlers Drive, by phone (705) 744-2700, or by emailclerk@calvintownship.ca. For more information about the process including the deadline to submit your request to be placed on a meeting agenda, please refer to Parts 16 & 17 of the Procedural By-law No. 2022-062.

THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING IS FOR COUNCIL CONSIDER CONFIDENTIAL HUMAN RESOURCE MATTERS.
AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 239(2) (B), AND (D) OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, RSO 2001, MUNICIPALITY OF CALVIN COUNCIL WILL MEET IN CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THESE MATTERS.
