The schedule of Regular Meetings of Council for 2024 as approved by Council at its December 12, 2023 meeting is published below.
If you wish to make a presentation to Council, you must first be placed on the agenda by contacting the Clerk either in person at the Calvin municipal office located at 1355 Peddlers Drive, by phone (705) 744-2700, or by emailclerk@calvintownship.ca. For more information about the process including the deadline to submit your request to be placed on a meeting agenda, please refer to Parts 16 & 17 of the Procedural By-law No. 2022-062.
NOTICE: Regular Council Meeting Time amended by resolution at the August 22, 2023 Regular Council Meeting. Unless otherwise posted, Council meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m.
An emergency meeting of Council, in closed session, will be held electronically, in accordance with Section 239 (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001,
to discuss matters of litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.
Additionally, noticed served and the nature of matters to be discussed at this meeting are alilgned with the Municipality's Procedural By-Law 2022-062.
