This is notice of a Closed Session Meeting on Friday March 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. pursuant to Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act, for the purpose of labour relations or employee negotiations, in order to discuss the appointment of a CAO/Clerk and upcoming administrative changes.

Purpose: Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act 2001 to address matters pertaining to labour relations or employee negotiations, changes in administration and Personal matters about an identifiable individual.
Council for the Municipality of Calvin will meet in closed session in accordance with Section 239 (2, f), of the Municipal Act to receive advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
