Unless otherwise posted, Council meetings are the 2ndand 4thTuesday of every month at 6: p. m. held at the Community Centre, 1355 Peddlers Drive, in Calvin Township.
If you wish to speak to Council, you must first be put on the agenda by contacting the Clerk either in person at the Calvin municipal office located at 1355 Peddlers Drive, by phone (705) 744-2700, or by emailclerk@calvintownship.ca. An emergency meeting of Council, in closed session, will be held electronically, in accordance with Section 239 (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001,
to discuss matters of litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.
Additionally, noticed served and the nature of matters to be discussed at this meeting are alilgned with the Municipality's Procedural By-Law 2022-062.
